Why do I have to re-link my bank? 🤷‍♂️

As part of our new app update, we're asking our current users to refresh their bank account. Want to know why?

  • We've outgrown our current technology faster than we expected. We built the beta version of the app on software that could cater for high volumes and transactions, but as soon as we smashed past £1 million in payment requests it soon became clear we needed to go up a level! 💪

  • We're now moving into a new phase of the app, so we need the best technology out there to support new banks, more transactions and slicker usability. We are using top of the range Google products that will give our Vibe Community the best experience possible.  

  • When we move out of beta phase, we need to have the best security measures in place possible. Even though all transactions are facilitated and authorised through your bank, we've still added a few more locks on the door. We'll also be requesting users to set a 4 digit PIN code. 🔒
